Kim & Phil Shen are a husband and wife photographer duo I’ve been following for a little while now (not pictured above). They’re so-Cal transplants in Portland, OR, and have a wide, quality range of work from weddings, commercial, boudoir and family projects.

I stumbled across a blog they curate entitled Behind the Food Carts, which is just as much an interview/portrait photo project as it is a culinary review. They cover various mobile eateries in & around downtown Portland, which I’d assume would be equally a great resource for locals as well as the occasional business traveler or someone new to the area.
